Restorative Yoga
The main goals of restorative yoga are to help you unwind after a hard day and clear your head. Yoga for healing also aids in clearing and releasing the mind. These positions will assist in stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, which in turn encourages the parasympathetic nervous system to "relax and digest".
